What Moves the Number
A painting quote isn't one-size-fits-all. These are the biggest factors that move your number up or down.
The condition of your walls or stucco is the single biggest factor. Cracks, peeling, mildew, and repairs all add prep time, and prep is what makes the finish last in Florida's climate.
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, baseboards, accent walls, soffit, fascia, and porch ceilings each add scope. A walls-only job and a full repaint are very different numbers.
Tall walls, two-story exteriors, and hard-to-reach areas take more time and equipment. Vaulted ceilings and high soffits add to the scope.
Big color changes, bare or repaired surfaces, and dark-over-light often need an extra coat. We'll tell you upfront what your project requires.
We paint with Sherwin-Williams and match the right product to your home. Higher-grade products cost more up front and last longer. We'll walk you through the options.
Small holes, cracks, and texture repairs are included in our scope as a licensed GC. Larger repair areas are priced separately and quoted upfront.
