Meet the Owner
Shane Birch
Owner of Elite Premium Painting, a DBA of Elite Premium Home LLC
I have spent more than twenty years running businesses and managing people. That experience taught me how to get work done right and on schedule. It is the skill this entire company is built on.
In 2023 my family and I moved to Southwest Florida from Oklahoma to build our life here. This is not a place I am passing through. My family is here, my business is here, and my son is finishing his military service and joining me to build this company. Every job we do carries my name.
I hold Florida Certified Residential Contractor license CRC1334631 through Elite Premium Home LLC. That license means I understand how a house is put together, and it taught me where paint fits in. When paint fails in Florida's heat and humidity, water finds its way in, and the damage moves inside your walls where you cannot see it. Most paint jobs around here were priced to look good on day one, not to last.
I started Elite Premium Painting to do the opposite. A real wash, real prep, the right products for Florida stucco, and a written workmanship warranty on every job. The paint job the house should have gotten the first time.

Preparation Specified for Each Exterior
Each exterior proposal identifies the washing, repairs, caulking, conditioning or priming, and finish application included for that home. The written scope reflects the existing surfaces and coating condition we find during the walkthrough.
Sherwin-Williams Products Matched to Your Home
We paint exclusively with Sherwin-Williams, and we match the system to the job: rainy season and dry season products, deep-color formulations, dedicated trim and door enamels. We build the paint system around your home and our climate.
Written Contract with Price Set Before We Start
We walk your home with you and hand you your quote in writing on the spot. That number is the number. Any change after that happens only through a written change order you approve first.
General Liability Insurance with Certificates on Request
We carry general liability insurance, and we're glad to put the certificate in your hands before work starts. Your home is protected from day one.
Written Workmanship Warranty by Selected Package
Every project carries the written workmanship-warranty period stated in the selected package in your proposal. Coverage, exclusions, and the warranty period are provided in writing before you sign.
