Owner, Elite Premium Painting | A Division of Elite Premium Home LLC
I have spent more than twenty years running businesses and managing people. That experience taught me how to get work done right and on schedule. It is the skill this entire company is built on.
In 2023 my family and I moved to Southwest Florida from Oklahoma to build our life here. This is not a place I am passing through. My family is here, my business is here, and every job we do carries my name.
I hold a Florida Residential Contractor license, CRC1334631, through Elite Premium Home LLC, the parent company of Elite Premium Painting. I earned it building new homes, and building new homes taught me something important. When builders look to cut costs, paint is one of the first places they do it. The house gets the cheapest coat that will pass inspection, backed by a one-year builder warranty. In Florida's heat and humidity, that paint starts breaking down in year three or four, long after the builder is gone. And that is more than a cosmetic problem. Once exterior paint fails, water finds its way in, and the damage moves inside your walls where you cannot see it.
I started Elite Premium Painting to do the opposite. A real wash, real prep, the right primer, quality materials, and a written warranty on every job. The paint job the house should have gotten the first time.
Everything I have built taught me one thing above all. You stand behind your work, every time. I am here to build a reputation the right way, one home and one satisfied homeowner at a time.

If peeling, blistering, or adhesion failure results from our application, we return and repair the affected area at no charge. Written on every contract. Warranty length will depend on the products selected.
